deja vu
when did it become impossible for people to say deja vu without following it with ...all over again?

May be people speaking French are authorized to skip the "all over again" Yogi stuff?
according to my dictionary, déjà vu is an english noun with french origin.
what i really want to know is why people don't say jamais vu like i've never seen or presque vu ... or something like that.
